Fenugreek Seeds

Fenugreek Seeds (Trigonella Foenum Graceum) are small, yellowish-brown in color, pleasantly bitter taste and a peculiar odour and flavour of its own. It is used in curry powders, and many spice blends. India is a major producer and exporter of fenugreek seeds.

Uses: 
As food additive; In curry powder and spice blends; As digestive stimulant; to promote lactation; As cattle feed

Impurities:Max 1%, Max 0.5% For Sortexed [negligible green seeds] This product is usually safe for pesticide residues and microbiology.
