Chilies

Chillies (Capsicum annum L.) is the dried ripe fruit of the genus Capsicum.
Capsicum annuum is an annual sub –shrub, the flowers of which are borne singly and fruits usually pendent, which provide red peppers, cayenne, paprika and chillies and sweet pepper (bell pepper) a mild form with large inflated fruits.

Harvest:
 November – March

Uses: 
Used directly in foods, spice blends, as colorants, as flavour, in pharmaceuticals and self-defense sprays.
Both stemless and with stems available.

Guarantees which can be given:
1. Aflatoxine B1, B2, G1, G2, Ochratoxin A
2. Microbiology after sterilization

Both with stems and without stems chilli powder can be provided as per requirement of shade, and heat value.
